Credit card import
If the traveller uses a corporate card or credit card to pay for their travel expenses during their business trip, for example, the payments (depending on the credit card) can be imported into WinTrip®. These costs are automatically allocated to the trips already recorded. We are a co-operation partner of AirPlus.

With this add-on module, the respective WinTrip user can set the desired interface in order to be able to work with the software in the best possible way.

Budget management
With the additional module "Budget management" of the travel expenses for WinTrip® you can set up and monitor budgets for different plants, departments, cost centres, cost units or persons.
App
With the i&k Capture® app, you can scan your business trip receipts and upload them to the trip and travel request.
Communication takes place via a secure connection with the central app server. The i&k app naturally complies with the tax requirements for mobile capturing.
The app is available for the iOS and Android platforms and can be downloaded from the respective AppStore.
